02 Centre of Excellence

We’ve also established our very own Centre of Excellence (COE) in Bognor – a dedicated hub designed to empower our teams and shape future talent.

Our Centre of Excellence plays a crucial role in supporting:

  • Trainee Vehicle Technicians on their training journey to becoming fully qualified Multiskilled Vehicle Technicians
  • International recruits as they transition into their roles
  • New site openings with fully prepared teams

The COE provides a structured Trainee Multiskilled Technician programme. All trainees visit the centre in block week training sessions and receive training from our former Multiskilled Technician and IMI Accredited Trainer, Bryan.

03 Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion

We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants. We are an inclusive workplace, where staff respect one another, feel valued for their differences and can be themselves.

We oppose all forms of discrimination, and work hard to promote equal opportunities, foster good working relationships between all staff, and make our people feel like they are valued and supported.
